LAWN GRASS FOR SHADY AREAS-COLD & TEMPLATE
Shadow is very tolerant to shade, e.g. from trees and buildings. The mixture gives a dense and compact growth. Shadow is very well suited for low input of water and fertilizer. For hot & dry composition, drought-tolerant grass is included.
Shadow provides a green lawn in the shade under large old trees and on the north side of the house. The shade-resistant grass types can only withstand moderate wear. The proportion of small ryegrass gives a rapid germination. The mixture is particularly suitable for lawn surfaces and ornamental lawns.
